The process is simple:1. Go through our item list and add desired products and corresponding quantities to your shopping cart.2. Fill in your delivery details (first time customer) or login (returning customer)3. Make payment and check out!Items will be delivered 48 -72 hours after your purchase.
We accept Paystack and major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card)Credit card payment transaction will be taken care of by our trusted partners Paystack. They are truly professional with a very secure and reliable system. If you meet any trouble with the payment process, please contact us via email (support@floremz.com) then our supporters will instruct you what to do.
To view your last order, simply log into your customer account. You will be presented with the option to view order and order the same thing again. Subsequently, you can make changes to your cart.
Kindly inform us at least five hours to your delivery time so that we can reschedule with you at no cost. In the event that you are unavailable when our delivery personnel arrive, you will have to contact us to reschedule upon which you will be charged a fee separate from your initial delivery charge.
Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday except public holidays.

No, we do not currently offer same day delivery. Items are delivered 48-72 hours after your order and payment are received.But, if is an urgent order, we can offer the “Floremz Express” shipping method, whereby customer pays for fast delivery fee.
It depends on the location the item is going to.But our flat rate shipping fee starts from N1,500 to N3,000 outside Lagos.
